Sea mist – dedicates to Seamoss plus . . . . . .

There is this new marketing tool on Etsy.com that sellers now can upload their preparations and how to go about on their handmade/homemade products, I was thinking of getting a small camera and taking film of my rows and rows of jars with tinctures; however there is an immediate problem there as I am not a professional photographer/film maker, how am I going to film my jars for 10-12 weeks and at the end of that making it fast forward to show how medicinal properties of each jar leaching out and the liquid turning into black.

These ideas of making videos never appeal to me then, keep drumming my fingers on the desk, what to do about it. Can I do something with my hands? After all, my tinctures are made by me, by hands. Within 3 days my Keystation 88 is standing in front me, always have musical interest, but why not learning to play one?

One can see that my fingers are all over the place, hands postures are not right, I don’t really care, it took me 4 weeks to learn this piece of 1 minute long but I am so happy and proud, I am making mistake in this piece, I just have to keep practising it 💕 ❤️ 💝

Harness the Earth’s Energy While You Sleep 🌍

The Earth provides us with an unlimited source of negatively charged free electrons, which we are able to absorb every time we come into contact with the Earth’s surface.  These free electrons then spread throughout our tissues and neutralise any positively charged free radicals in the body. This effect is sufficient to maintain the body at zero volts, which is the same electrical potential as the Earth.

According to a report in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health: “It is an established, though not widely appreciated fact that the Earth’s surface possesses a limitless and continuously renewed supply of free or mobile electrons. The Earth’s negative charge can create a stable internal bioelectrical environment for the normal functioning of all body systems which may be important for setting the biological clock, regulating circadian rhythms, and balancing cortisol levels.”

The health benefits of earthing are well documented with 21 research studies in peer-reviewed journals in areas from sleep, inflammation, pain, blood circulation, heart rate variability, mood and more.

Infusions are used to treat sluggish digestion, poor appetite, and gastritis. They are also used to treat jaundice, hepatitis, fever, asthma, cough, kidney stones, stomach gas, menstrual cramps and menopausal complaints, intestinal parasites, sprains and bruises, arthritis, and hemorrhoids. Also active against various cancer cell lines. Broadly active against dermatophytes—fungi that cause infections in hair, skin, and nails. It does have a nasty flavour, though, and needs to be helped with a good dose of honey or ginger.

It can be taken up to 6 times daily on empty stomach.  It is very very bitter and suggest one puts it in hot water to make as tea, it may burn under the tongue if one puts full dose; start with drops and gradually increase the drops, is fine, no burn. Stop taking after 1 week, then start again after 2 weeks.

Most importantly perhaps, it has been noted to be an effective hangover cure!

Pau D’Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) is rich in phytochemicals called quinones, especially lapachol, which is considered one of the most important antibacterial and antitumor agents known. Although its anticancer action remains controversial, research that began in Brazil in the 1960s indicates that the bark may be useful in treating cancers, including leukemia. Many of the herbs constituents counteract tumor growth which inhibit tumor cell growth by preventing it from metabolizing oxygen. The herb is strongly anti-inflammatory, especially in the stomach and intestines and used to treat a wide variety of inflammatory conditions including cystitis, cervical inflammations, and prostatitis. It also counters the effects of diabetes, an action that is caused partly by the constituent, tecomine. It also has the ability to lower blood pressure.

The Chinese have used dandelions for more than a thousand years as a diuretic, hypoglycemic, antispasmodic, anticancer, antibacterial, and antifungal agent. It was used for such conditions as abscesses, appendicitis, boils, caries, dermatitis, fevers, inflammations, leucorrhea, liver ailments, mastitis, scrofula, snakebites, and stomachaches.

Sarsaparilla (Smilax officinalis) is an excellent blood-purifier and alternative. It is frequently used in the treatment of all infectious diseases where the blood shows some abnormal quality.

The unique combination of its ingredients make it a powerful nourisher for the bones and thyroid gland

Ingredients: Seamoss & Bladderwrack as liquid extract in 40%-54% distilled sugar cane alcohol and dried herbs/menstruum ratio 1:4 (100ml & 250ml) made February 2019 with expiry date January 2024.

Should be taken at AM & PM daily on empty stomach.

Cautions:

  • Because of its blood-thinning properties, it should not be used by those taking anticoagulant medications. Because of its iodine content, those with thyroid problems or on thyroid medication should avoid the herb.

Bladderwrack (Fucus Vesiculous) is a seaweed found on the coasts of the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean and the Baltic Sea. It is recognised as the original source of iodine. Bladderwrack is rich in beta-carotene, bromine, potassium, alginic and mannitol. Tincture is taken for thyroid deficiency, as a gentle metabolic stimulant, or for rheumatic conditions. Tablets and capsules are taken to stimulate the metabolism.

Because of its iodine content, Sea moss & bladderwrack combined is taken as an antigoiter remedy. The plant appears to raise the metabolic rate by increasing hormone production by the thyroid gland, but this increase is limited only to poorly functioning thyroids. However, this should be done only under the guidance of a professional. It is also thought to be helpful in rheumatic conditions.

Its mucilage hinders the effect of peptides in digestive enzymes and used mainly as a roughage for constipation, to counter diarrhea, and for peptic ulcers. A decoction is used for coughs, bronchitis, and tuberculosis to soothe dry mucous membranes and to encourage the coughing up of phlegm. It is also used for such urinary infections as cystitis, but it is usually combined with other herbs for these treatments.
