Welcome to Core Health & Inner Beauty

Ingredient: Hawthorn, elderflower, blue vervain, yarrow & blackcurrant. Loose tea 340g (12 oz).

Direction: Mix the tea well before use. Each evening soak 2 heap tablespoons of the mixture in 2 cups of water (500ml - 17 fl oz) covered it and leave overnight. The following morning bring the concoction to a boil, then strain it. If you forget to soak the night before, put 2 heap tablespoons in a coffee grinder to crush the berry and boil the mixture in the morning and simmer it over a low heat 10-15 minutes before straining. Drink minimum 1-3 cups daily.

No need to refrigerate the tea and no sugar added. It helps to balance the blood pressure, acts as tonic and generate diuretic in the body. Take the tea minimum 2-4 weeks and have a break.

Dietary supplement recommend along with the tea is evening primrose oil, blackcurrant oil and possible 2 garlic capsule at pm. Regular intermittent fasting and salad consist of bitter vegetable such as dandelion and endive.
