Core Brain Food – inspired by dr sebi banju

Core Brain Food is made with the ingredients of Dr Sebi Cell Food Banju. Effective for nervous system conditions (e.g., pain, irritability and sleepiness). Also effective in adults. Cleanses and nourishes the central nervous system. Not for use in persons with hypothyroidism, thyroid enlargement, or on thyroid medications except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner, consult with a health care professional before use. Keep this product out of the reach of children.

Benefits: Elderberries are particularly rich in flavonoids, especially anthocyanins which are responsible for their deep purple (almost black) colouring. These powerful antioxidants work to keep the immune system strong and resilient. Dr Gerhard Rechkemmer is the President of Germany’s Federal Research Institute for Nutrition and Food. His research has shown that the anthocyanins in elderberries boost the production of cytokines – proteins that act as messengers within the immune system – thereby enhancing the body’s immune response. Cytokines play a crucial role in the immune system’s response to disease and work in ways very similar to hormones. They can be both inflammatory or anti-inflammatory depending on what is needed and are released by immune cells either directly into the blood stream or locally into body tissue during an immune response.

Blue vervain tinctures are used for nervous exhaustion and depression, and combine well with oats in this treatment. They are also used as a liver stimulant for sluggish digestion, but should not be used if any liver disease is present. It can be combined with other urinary herbs to treat stones and such conditions related to excess uric acid as gout.

The burdock root is used as a vegetable in Japan, but it is also considered to be the most important part of the herb by Western herbalists used as a cleansing, eliminative remedy where a buildup of toxins causes skin problems, digestive sluggishness, or arthritic pains. It is also used externally for skin sores and infections.

Valerian root is able to reduce nervous activity by prolonging the action of an inhibitory neurotransmitter. In essence, valerian seems to work by calming the brain and relaxing tensed muscles so that sleep can occur more naturally.

Valerian has been found to strengthen the heart and can sometimes reduce high blood pressure, if it is caused by stress and anxiety. It has a relaxing nature is a benefit to those unable to relax during stress-related periods and in general has a more calming effect rather than a sedating one. It is also beneficial in relaxing overcontracted muscles and helpful for shoulder and neck tensions, asthma, colic, and irritable bowel syndrome. Nervous spasms and tremors, phobias, insomnia, and restlessness may be helped by using valerian. Kindly visit my shop, thank you.
