This is my first attempting new blog for my new site, or let’s say this is my second personal store on the world wide web.
Just to celebrate Spring 2021 and the possibility of ending era of world pandemic I feel we need (or I am definitely need) food and colour of RED. Ever since I started making tincture, I have tried to make with fresh product and never succeeded, and ending up throwing away a few big jars in bin, and I am hoping this time I am some how maybe more luckier than last, just maybe 🙏
- 250g Raspberry
- 1000g Strawberry
- 1000ml sugarcane alcohol 50%
- Prepared 13 April 2021
I will update this post when the tincture is matured should be 13-15 July 2021, if all my materials are good today, it will last and matured, otherwise the lot will be thrown away, as my several batch before. However if it a success, I have a good blend for cocktail – then I will learn to mix cocktail as well 😂
I uploaded the wrong version to youtube and deleted the right one with my jar filled with strawberry, raspberry and alcohol. Well my very big jar of this cocktail should be a good success, now I will update every week, just to show off my big jar.
